Catharina Margaretha Schranck and Johannes Engel

Catharina Margaretha Schranck and Johannes Engel married in Dackenheim 04 Nov 1852. He was the son of Catharina Stephan and Heinrich Engel born 16 Feb 1829 and christened in Freinsheim 22 Feb 1829. She was the daughter of Catharina Elisabetha Engel and Georg II Schranck christened in Freinsheim 04 Nov 1832. I couldn't find a birth record for Catharina Margaretha's mother and therefore don't know how she's related to Johannes, although given Dackenheim's small size I would assume that she was.

Catharina Margaretha's younger sister Christina married Johannes' older brother Heinrich in 1855.

Catharina Margaretha and Johannes had two daughters. Maria was christened 09 Apr 1853, apparently in Freinsheim only. Elisabetha was christened 04 Mar 1856 in both Dackenheim and Freinsheim. A year later, Maria died and was buried in Dackenheim 14 May 1857.

Catharina Margaretha died and was buried in Dackenheim 06 May 1860. I don't know what happened to Johannes or to Elisabetha.

Just to note, in two of the christening records and in Maria's and Catharina Margaretha's burial records, Johannes is referred to as Johannes III Engel.
